Do you really work with only one partner per market?

Yes. Once we select a partner, that market is reserved and we will not work with competing agents & teams there. Exclusivity is locked in based on annual terms and how involved you'd like our team in scaling up your revenue, recruiting etc.

How do you define a “market”?

Typically a city or metro with shared inventory and media costs. Very large metros may be segmented by sub-markets. This will be made very clear to you during a consultation with our team if you qualify.

Who will we work with you day-to-day?

You’ll work directly with our founders plus our full stack ops pod (media, ops, and QC). No hand-offs to junior account managers. Then the only variable change will be the cold calling team you have us build out based on your annual goals, at a minimum we recommend 2 full time cold callers to start to get you the flow you need to begin scaling your appointments based on your goals.

What results should we expect partnered in the first 90 days?

Based upon your goals, scaling strategy & operational budget; the benchmarks will move & we will present you realistic KPIs once we properly align everything in our evaluation calls with you or your team

Our goals are to fill you/your agents calendars with as many verified appointments as you can handle based upon the strategy & budget you select.

Actual outcomes vary by market, your budget, and execution; but we are trying to get you great appointment flow from the very start of your launch date.

Do you provide the callers or train our team?

We have a fully built out front end prospecting team to cold call for you complete with team leaders, lead managers, QC specialists, callback specialists, senior ISA's, admins & more, this isn't your typical "appointment setter" or "ISA" you're getting placed with. You are getting our entire prospecting team, not just some ISA we found last week to place with you to hopefully book some appointments.

We will train you or your team on the proper sales process to convert the appointments we send you

We have a full time recruiting & training team that is sourcing top ISA talent, running them through our extensive recruiting and training process. Due to our team's extensive real estate knowledge, we have built out an entire "Real Estate Cold Calling University" that is exclusive for our real estate prospecting team. This is a full course complete with video trainings, live calls, quizzes, exams, 1-1 roleplay exams and more. The ISA's that do make it through our university are then subject to a 2-3 week trial period where must prove their skills as floaters for various accounts in our company. After this they will have either pass or fail & those that pass are now apart of our prospecting team full time. All this to say, these are not your typical ISA's you pull off of "Upwork" or "Fivver" these guys are the best of the best & eager to move up the ranks in our company.

What platforms do you run paid media on? Do you do buyer or seller paid lead gen?

Primarily Facebook/Instagram and YouTube/Google, with retargeting layers. Channels are selected per market economics.

The main difference with us, is if you are running paid ads, we will not allow you to launch any sort of paid advertising until our co-founder has helped you build a fully built out end to end system, custom video ads, VSL call funnel setup & more

If people don't get results with paid ads on the buyer/seller side its typically because they are going wrong in a large number of areas & we will audit + fix each and every system before allowing you to spend a dollar on ads

How does your cold calling team work for/with me?

After we've got our custom cold calling team built & ready for your account; they will begin cold calling & circle prospecting

Cold calling will be through our motivated seller lists we pull & skip trace from our data partner Batch Leads & on our preferred dialer partner. This will allow us to cold call through absentee owners, vacant properties, expireds, canceled, down-sizers, etc. Our data team will present which strategy we're taking and why. In addition we will also have a live feed of expired, cancelled & FSBO's filtering into your campaign daily to stay on top of the bottom of funnel leads coming through in your market as well

Circle prospecting will be from listings in your recently sold or listed properties.

Can you help with agent recruiting only?

Yes—if the economics and market allow it. Many partners run recruiting as a heavy focus for our partnership growth goals


Primarily for recruiting we will be building a custom VSL application funnel with paid advertising to get you new qualified agent applicants coming through on a daily basis & looking over your agent onboarding systems to ensure everything smoothly

How much do you charge? Is this a long term contract?

We charge a recurring monthly fee in accordance with the scaling plan we put into place in your business; these typically start at $5,000 a month & can scale up to $10,000/month & more based on the team & strategy we launch but we also have more limited service options based upon your needs


Because real estate is a long term game we typically request our partners to work with us for an annual term to achieve all their goals & KPIs on an annual basis. Agents & teams are able to cancel given a proper review of the account and 60 days notice to offload our staff or align a new partner.

How do we know if we’re a fit?

If you're serious about growing you or your teams production and/or recruiting efforts with proven cash flow, a sales process that's already working & the ability to invest in a team to work for you day in and day out; it will be a good fit
